What happens after the 30-day trial?+
You choose Solo or Team. Your data is kept – nothing is lost. Without an active plan, access is restricted until you decide.
Can I switch from Solo to Team?+
Yes, as soon as you add a second user, the upgrade dialog appears. The switch is seamless – no data migration, no restart.
How does day-accurate billing work?+
If a user gets a new role on the 15th, the tenant pays the old price for the first 14 days and the new price from the 15th. Paddle calculates the split automatically.
Is there an annual plan?+
Not currently. With changing team sizes and roles, annual billing becomes hard to follow.
Are all features included in every plan?+
Yes. Project management, invoicing, time tracking, sales, customer portal, wiki, MCP server – everything is included in both Solo and Team. No feature unlocking.
How do I pay?+
Via Paddle (payment processor). Credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit. Paddle issues the invoice and handles taxes.
